Makes 4 servings

Ingredients

6oz small shell pasta
2 (5oz) cans Albacore Wild Tuna or Skipjack Wild Tuna, OR 1 (7.5oz) Family Size can Albacore Wild Tuna or Skipjack Wild Tuna
1 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup olive oil
Juice of one large lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Gently break up tuna in the can and add to the pasta, including the natural liquid from the tuna. Add the carrot, parsley, celery, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Toss together to combine.
