Ingredients

    Rice mix

  • 1 cup cooked Sushi rice

  • 1 (5oz) can Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil

  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • Sesame seeds

  • Egg wrap

  • 3 Eggs

  • Salt and pepper

  • Seaweed strips

  • Oil

Directions

  1. Scramble three eggs with salt and pepper.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine sushi rice, one canned of Wild Planet Albacore Wild Tuna, sesame oil, a handful of shredded mozzarella cheese, and sesame seeds. Stir until fully mixed together.

  3. In your hand, shape the rice mixture into an oval shape. Repeat with all of the rice and set rice balls aside.

  4. In a hot skillet with a little bit of oil, lay down a single strip of seaweed. Spoon the egg mixture over the seaweed, spreading it to cover the entirety of the seaweed. Once the egg is mostly cooked through, place the rice ball on one side of the seaweed and roll up.

  5. Finish with the rest of the rice balls and enjoy!
