    I'm buying these for the second time here. Delicate taste, not at all salty and bitter like regular anchovies. I substitute these in my pasta puttanesca and they are fantastic!

    I had no idea that this is what anchovies are supposed to taste like! They are outstanding! They are NOT the salty hairy filets in the tin's and jars. These are plump beautiful fish. I can't wait until they are back in stock!

    The BEST canned anchovies ever!!!! You will not want to eat those other "salty" varieties anymore. Very mild and non-"fishy" flavor. Can not wait for the new supplier.........hopefully soon! I look in my e-mails every day for notification.

    The anchovies were great. Very mild and ideal for people who do not like fish or "fishiness". I highly recomend the anchovies for people who need the protein in their life. Id put these anchovies in eggs, omlettes and salads.
