    These are a fantastic, healthy option for a quick breakfast or lunch on the go. I poor a little honey mustard vinaigrette over them and eat straight from the tin. They have a nice mild flavor and a great meaty texture. I'm going to try to them dipped in cassava ... flour and fried with some added flavor. @WildPlanet please offer the skinless, boneless in some other options, like the lemon and lightly smoked.

    Very good, dip in fine corn meal flour and pan fry in olive oil.

    Taste just like Tuna but,better and meatier! I prefer this over the regular sardines with bones and skin,(too fishy for me) this has a mild flavor and great quality!
